Hot water playing up? HIU servicing through Ace.

If your home uses a Heat Interface Unit (HIU) and you’re having heating or hot-water problems, Ace Electrical Services offers HIU servicing through our specialist plumber.

An HIU transfers heat from a communal heat network to a home’s heating and hot-water systems. It is not an individual gas boiler. Arrangements vary, so let us know your building’s setup and any managing-agent requirements when you enquire.

We welcome enquiries from homeowners, landlords and letting agents across London, Hertfordshire, Essex and Cambridge. Tell us what happens when you use the hot water or heating and whether one or both are affected.

Message ‘HIU’ with your postcode, a brief description of the issue and, if safely visible, the unit’s make and model. There’s no need to remove a cover. We’ll discuss the service enquiry and next steps. The artwork is an illustration, not a completed-job photograph.
